Vice President Justin Wood, PE, DBIA, oversees Georgia operations as Georgia Engineer Manager. Senior Vice President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neel-schaffer.com\/who-we-are\/staff-directory\/matt-lifsey-pe\/\">Matt Lifsey, PE<\/a>, DBIA, serves as East Region Pursuit Manager. .<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.neel-schaffer.com\/who-we-are\/staff-directory\/mike-biggs-pe-cpesc\/\">Mike Biggs<\/a>, PE, is our Tennessee Operations Manager. Senior Vice President Richard Sullivan, PE, Assoc. DBIA, serves as Business Development Lead for the state, while Vice President Whitney Summers is the Business Development Manager for Tennessee operations.
