(October 1, 2024) &#8211; Neel-Schaffer is excited to announce that Glenn Patterson, PE, has joined the firm as South Carolina Structures Lead, bringing more than 35 years of bridge design experience.<\/p>\n<p>Glenn is based in our Columbia office, where he supports South Carolina clients and enhances our structural engineering capabilities across Neel-Schaffer\u2019s growing footprint.<\/p>\n<p>Glenn recently retired from the South Carolina Department of Transportation, where he worked for 35-plus years as a Structural Engineer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to have someone of Glenn\u2019s caliber and experience join our team,\u201d said Philip Sandel, PE, DBIA, who leads Neel-Schaffer\u2019s Carolinas Operations. \u201cThis key addition will bolster our bridge engineering services in South Carolina and provide a valuable resource to our structural engineering teams and clients across the firm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Glenn is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and holds a BSCE from the University of South Carolina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COLUMBIA, S.C.
