CP also has experience working with regional utility authorities and water districts that provide water and wastewater services to many of the cities and towns that comprise the Dallas-Fort Worth area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCP is a valuable asset to our expanding operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area,\u201d said Derek Cheatham, PE, Neel-Schaffer\u2019s North Texas Market Lead. \u201cWith two decades of experience as a consultant to municipalities, he embodies Neel-Schaffer\u2019s values of Care, Service, and Excellence and will excel as a client manager.
