She previously oversaw marketing and branding for three engineering and project management firms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKelly\u2019s years of industry specific knowledge and proven track record of success will be a great asset to our firm,\u201d said Joey Hudnall, PE, Neel-Schaffer\u2019s Chief Operations Officer. \u201cWe are excited to have her take on this new role as we continue to expand our footprint across the Southeast.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In her free time, Mrs. Tam is a passionate supporter of the arts and serves on the Chapin (SC) Theatre Company Board of Directors. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History.
