Water Lines, Pump Station and Water Tanks Coming to Northlake, TX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Neel-Schaffer is excited to be joining forces with the Town of Northlake (TX) to help bring some fabulous improvements to this growing municipality just north of the Metroplex.<\/p>\n<p>Neel-Schaffer will provide engineering and surveying services to develop the Southeast Pressure Plane, which consists of three major components: Water Transmission Lines; a 3.1-million gallon-per-day Pump Station and a 500,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank; and a new 750,000-gallon Elevated Storage Tank.<\/p>\n<p>The estimated construction cost for these projects is $9 million.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4718 size-full\"
