(Aug. 17, 2017) \u2013 Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Ron Miller, PE, has joined the firm and will work in the firm\u2019s Atlanta office.<\/p>\n<p>A Registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana, Miller has more than 15 years of experience providing a variety of engineering services that include hydrology, hydraulics, fluid mechanics, turbulent mixing, program management, master planning, design, construction, and research.
