(July 26, 2016) &#8212; Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neel-schaffer.com\/who-we-are\/staff-directory\/wyman-turner-pe\/\">Wyman Turner, PE,<\/a> has joined the firm as a Project Manager based in the firm\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neel-schaffer.com\/office\/alabama\/tuscaloosa\/\">Tuscaloosa office<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Turner, who has 12 years of experience, will manage transportation projects and handle Neel-Schaffer roadway projects for the Alabama Department of Transportation, the City of Tuscaloosa, and counties across the state.<\/p>\n<p>Turner has extensive experience working on multiple projects for ALDOT and Jefferson County, including the Birmingham Northern Beltline.
