JACKSON, Miss. (April 15, 2016) \u2013 Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Cori Gavin has re-joined the firm as an environmental scientist in the firm\u2019s Biloxi (MS) office.<\/p>\n

Gavin will manage environmental studies for wetlands, threatened and endangered species, and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments. She will also be responsible for business development with federal, state, NGO, non-profit, and private entities.<\/p>\n

After working for Neel-Schaffer from 2011-2014, Gavin worked for another consulting firm for two years, handling a variety of assignments, including estuary mapping, nature trail building, and construction of a living breakwater.<\/p>\n

\u201cCori is a valuable addition to our team of professionals,\u201d said Steve Twedt, Vice President for Neel-Schaffer\u2019s South Mississippi operations. \u201cShe brings a wide range of skills and valuable experience in environmental science that will add value to the work product we provide our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gavin holds a Bachelor of Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Environmental Biology from the University of Southern Mississippi.<\/p>\n
